Custom Printing Services

Custom printing is available as a separate quote-based service for businesses and organizations. Custom logos, text, artwork, imprinting, and personalization are not included in the prices shown for products purchased through the standard NoveltyTax checkout.

Before You Order

If you want a custom product, contact hello@noveltytax.com before placing an order. Please do not complete the standard stock checkout expecting customization to be added afterward.

A custom project begins only after NoveltyTax reviews the request and provides a written quote covering the product, quantity, customization specifications, total price, artwork requirements, proof process, production estimate, shipping terms, cancellation terms, and payment arrangements. The project proceeds only after the customer accepts the quote.

Custom Printing Process

1. Contact us. Email the product or project type, quantity, requested customization, delivery destination, and required in-hand date.
2. Project review. We confirm whether the requested product, printing method, quantity, and schedule can be supported.
3. Written quote. We provide the approved scope, total price, setup or rush charges if any, production estimate, shipping terms, and payment arrangements.
4. Artwork and proof. After quote acceptance, we provide artwork requirements. When a proof is required, the customer must review and approve it before production begins.
5. Production and shipping. Production starts only after all required information, usable artwork, proof approval, and any required payment are received. The written quote or order confirmation controls the production and shipping estimate.

Project Capabilities

Available capabilities depend on the product, artwork, quantity, material, schedule, and production availability. They may include digital or offset printing, spot colors, variable data, custom sizes or die-cut shapes, selected paper stocks, coatings, laminations, foil stamping, embossing, folding, binding, and packaging.

No capability, certification, material, color match, turnaround time, or delivery date is guaranteed unless it is confirmed for the specific project in writing.

Stock Products on This Website

Products displaying an active Add to cart button are sold as the pre-printed stock design shown on the applicable product page. The listed online price applies only to the selected stock product, options, and quantity. Stock Online Orders do not require customer artwork or proof approval.

If NoveltyTax and the customer have not accepted a separate written custom quote, an order placed through the website is treated as a Stock Online Order.
