Nonprofit Printing & Mailing Project Inquiries

NoveltyTax accepts inquiries from nonprofit organizations for printing and mailing-related projects through a separate written quote process. These services are not included in product prices or the standard website checkout. Availability depends on the project specifications, quantity, artwork, mailing requirements, schedule, and production availability.

Before You Order

Contact hello@noveltytax.com before placing or accepting any order for a nonprofit printing or mailing project. Do not complete the standard stock checkout expecting direct-mail services, list processing, personalization, postage, fulfillment, or other custom services to be added afterward.

Projects We Can Review

Depending on the project, NoveltyTax may review requests involving postcards, letters, newsletters, event invitations, annual reports, envelopes, inserts, variable-data printing, personalization, mailing preparation, or fulfillment. Listing a project type on this page does not guarantee that the service is available. Approved capabilities are confirmed only in the written quote for the specific project.

Quote Process

  1. Initial inquiry. Email the organization name, project type, estimated quantity, delivery or mailing scope, desired in-hand or mail date, and artwork status.
  2. Project review. We review feasibility, specifications, schedule, and any data-handling requirements. Do not send donor lists, customer lists, payment information, or other sensitive personal data with the initial inquiry.
  3. Written quote. If the project can be supported, the quote identifies the approved scope, materials, quantity, printing method, artwork and proof requirements, production estimate, mailing or fulfillment services if applicable, postage or shipping terms, total price, cancellation terms, and payment arrangements.
  4. Acceptance and proof. The project proceeds only after the customer accepts the written quote. When a proof is required, production begins only after the proof is approved and all required information and payment are received.
  5. Production and delivery. Work is performed according to the accepted written quote and order confirmation. Timelines and delivery dates are estimates unless NoveltyTax expressly confirms a guaranteed date in writing.

Important Limitations

  • NoveltyTax does not guarantee fundraising results, response rates, donations, engagement, or return on investment.
  • Mailing-list processing, data management, postage, postal preparation, campaign strategy, and fulfillment are not included unless they are expressly listed in the accepted written quote.
  • No printing method, production capacity, mailing service, price, schedule, or delivery date is guaranteed until it is confirmed for the specific project in writing.

Stock Products on This Website

The listed online price covers only the selected stock product, options, and quantity. It does not include a nonprofit campaign, direct-mail service, mailing list, personalization, postage, or fulfillment.
